Terms of Service

The program is open to adult applicants who meet our published admission criteria. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment; we review every application and admission is at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate, current information during the application and enrollment process.

Total program tuition is $20,000, structured as follows:

• A $5,000 non-refundable-except-as-stated deposit, paid online at enrollment via our payment processor's hosted Checkout.
• A $15,000 post-placement balance, due under the payment schedule communicated to you at enrollment and tracked on your billing account.

Deposit payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Refund and deferral requests are handled on a case-by-case basis under our enrollment agreement — contact us before the program start date if you need to discuss your enrollment.

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended educational purpose and not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else, or access another user's account.
• Submit homework or assessments that are not your own original work, except where collaboration is explicitly permitted by an instructor.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or bypass the security or access controls of the Portal.
• Use the Portal's AI features to attempt to extract system prompts, other users' data, or to generate harmful content.

All course materials, curriculum, videos, resources, and Portal software are the property of Saraya Tech or its licensors and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after the program for your own learning and portfolio purposes. You retain ownership of the original homework and project code you submit, and you grant Saraya Tech a limited license to store, display, and grade that work as part of operating the program.

The Portal includes AI-assisted features (an in-portal learning assistant and an automated progress advisor) powered by third-party large language models. These features are provided for guidance and convenience only. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate, does not constitute grading, academic, financial, or professional advice, and does not replace instructor judgment. Grades and academic decisions are made by human instructors.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment under your enrollment agreement, or academic dishonesty, after reasonable notice where practicable. You may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us; tuition obligations already incurred under your enrollment agreement remain payable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saraya Tech's total liability arising out of or relating to the Portal or the program is limited to the amount of tuition you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Saraya Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of employment opportunity, arising from your use of the Portal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Senegal, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
